Q: How do I order online?

A: Simply click on the items you wish to purchase. Select the size you want, add to the cart, once you have finished shopping select “checkout” and our system will offer you payment methods. By using our secure server, you may place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: At this stage Access Artworks delivers only within Australia.  If you are wanting delivery outside of Australia then please email us and we will make the necessary arrangements. 

Q: How much will it cost to ship my order?

A: Shipping and GST is included in the purchase price; there are no hidden fees.

A: Australia Post

Q: How long will it take to receive my painting?

A: Delivery will take up to 21 days from order.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Access Artworks accepts credit/debit card payments through PayPal, a universally recognized and accredited secure online service that facilitates the transfer of money over the internet.  Essentially PayPal enables customers to pay without sharing their financial information with sellers.   If you would prefer to pay by another method, then please email us and we will contact you within 24 hours.

A: Access Artworks takes the security of your personal information very seriously. We use industry standard encryption technology, digital certificates, authentification and secure commerce servers to protect your information from unauthorised use.

 What are the options for purchasing the artwork?

A: The sizes and options available are outlined in the Gallery once you have selected an image.  All of the images can be printed on either Fine Art paper or can be printed and mounted on Canvas.   To ensure top quality of the images, not all of them can be blown up to the largest size.  The size options are as follows and are the same for the paper and canvas prints:

A3: 297mm x 420mm

A2: 420mm x 594mm

Q: Do you offer framing?  

A: We do not do framing for our prints however, the canvas prints do come mounted and ready for hanging.   

Q: How are the prints delivered?

A: The prints are delivered in a secure tube and are ready for framing. Canvas prints are bubble wrapped and sent as “fragile goods”.
